IACTM Standard of Excellence

International Association of Coaches, Therapists & Mentors (IACTM)The following list summarises the minimum standard that all IACTM approved resource providers are expected to uphold:

  • Authentic – being original, i.e. not a replication of an existing product or service.

  • Value – delivering the highest possible value at a fair price.
    .
  • Quality – products of excellent production quality and services delivered with commitment to meet or surpass the client’s expectation.
    .
  • Promise – the product or service delivers at least the quality level that the provider claims about it in their promotional content.
    .
  • Customer Care – efficient, friendly and flexible responses to purchase orders and enquiries.
    .
  • Guarantee – refunds provided (where appropriate) in the event of customers or clients being dissatisfied.
    .
  • Professional – high levels maintained – including production, delivery, customer privacy and correspondence.
    .
  • Ethical – the product or service maintains respect for the intricacies of human needs and our relationships with each other and our environment.
